What is the Academic Advisory Board?

The Academic Advisory Board is the top academic decision-making group at JITM. It designs, monitors, and updates all academic activities to ensure students receive quality education, updated curriculum, and fair evaluation.

What Does It Do for You?

• Makes sure you’re not overburdened with outdated or unnecessary topics.
• Adds new-age subjects like Digital Marketing, AI, or Entrepreneurship.
• Sets the exam and assignment policies so everything is fair.
• Approves events like guest lectures, seminars, and competitions.
• Helps solve academic complaints or confusion through proper rules.

Note: While students may not sit directly on the council, your feedback via class reps, surveys, or mentor sessions helps the Academic Council understand student needs. So always speak up through the right channels.
