Admission Process

The admission process at Jawaharlal Institute of Technology and Management (JITM) follows a clear, merit-based approach and ensures fair access to all eligible students.

Step 1: Offline Application Form Submission

  • Students must fill the admission form offline at the admission desk. All required documents (APPENDIX I) and registration amount of 5000 Rs must be submitted along with the form.
  • A non-refundable registration fee must be paid at the time of form submission.

Step 2: JITM Entrance Examination

  • All applicants must appear for the JITM Entrance Exam conducted by the institute.
  • The exam assesses General Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, Basic English and Reasoning Abilities.
  • Information regarding the exam date, syllabus, and pattern will be displayed on the college notice board and official communication channels.

Step 3: Merit List Declaration

  • A merit list will be prepared based on:
    • JITM Entrance Exam score
    • Academic performance in the qualifying examination (10+2 for UG / Graduation for PG)
  • Reservation norms and relaxation rules (for SC/ST/OBC/Defense/meritorious students) will be applied.
