Anti Ragging Committee @ JITM
As per the guidelines of UGC and AICTE, Jawaharlal Institute of Technology and Management (JITM) has constituted an Anti-Ragging Committee to ensure a safe, secure, and ragging-free environment on campus. To prevent and eliminate any form of ragging inside and outside the campus and to take strict action against those found guilty.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To create awareness among students about the consequences of ragging
- To conduct surprise checks in hostels, canteen, and other vulnerable areas
- To take immediate action on complaints related to ragging
- To provide support to victims of ragging
- To submit reports to the regulatory bodies when required
