The Cultural Club at JITM promotes artistic expression, cultural awareness, and team spirit through events like dance, music, drama, fashion, fine arts, and literary activities. Participation is encouraged, but must be balanced with discipline and academic priorities.

General Guidelines

• Registration is mandatory for all students who wish to be part of any cultural club activity.
• Punctuality must be maintained during all rehearsals, meetings, and events.
• Discipline and respectful behavior are expected during practice, performances, and while representing the college.
• Rehearsals and activities must be conducted only with prior permission from the faculty coordinator.
• Club activities should not affect academics – students must manage their time responsibly.
• Costumes, performances, and scripts must be decent, respectful, and culturally appropriate.
• No unauthorized participation in external competitions or events without Faculty/HOD approval.
• College property (mics, instruments, costumes, etc.) must be used carefully and returned after use.
• Social media posts related to the club require approval from the faculty coordinator.
• Misconduct or repeated indiscipline may lead to removal from the club and disciplinary action.
